I grew up in a rural area in Malaysia where stray cats and dogs were a common sight. Seeing and hearing all the neglect and abuse on animals, I knew very early on that veterinary medicine was the career for me. I wanted to help animals in need! I came to Canada in 2011 to attend University of Guelph, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Biomedical Science. I was later accepted into Ontario Veterinary College and finally obtained my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. Following that, I worked shortly at an animal clinic in Niagara Falls before joining Beamsville and Smithville Animal Hospitals. I enjoy various aspects of veterinary medicine, with a special interest in dermatology. I am excited to meet all your furry companions!!
